Default The Act Of Gaining Nurishment

It's late. I'm tired, I have a headache, and I'm very hungry. I took some IB profin, so my headache starts to swell down. I know I can sleep late and that my weekend is free, so my sleeping issue is soon to be resolved. But one thing still bugs me - there's nothing to eat. So, since it's friday, I call up the local pizza palor and order up the usual pepperoni and onion. That was 2 and a half hours before I actually got any sign of food.

Heres what happens: I call up and it sounds like WWIII is going on in the backround. I place my order and wait an hour. They said 30 minutes, but sometimes they're wrong. I call up and they said it was leaving the door. Another hour pases and I still got nada. I called up one last time and they finally shuffled it out the door. So it arrives, and what do I get? PEPPERS and onions. So, now I'm pissed. 2 hours, and they get my order wrong. I pay the guy, throw the pizza in the fridge and go for round two, using a little trick my fiancee (who's actually a pretty achieved cheif) taught me.

Pizza Palor: "Downtown Pizza, how can I help you?"

Echo: "Yes, hello - this is Mark Markel, I'm a resturant scout for food.com. We're currently looking for the best pizza palor in the Boston area to sponser for our Pizza Fest - winner recieves a full review on food.com and free advertising on several popular channels, such as Comedy Central, the Fox Network and Spike TV. Would you accept our order for review?"

*Pause on the line*

Pizza Palor: "Hang on a second."

*Phone is put down*

Pizza Palor: "Okay, what's your order and address?"

I give the guy my info, and sure enough, fifteen minutes later, I have a pepperoni and onion pizza sitting on my table, and a grin on my face. Sure, I spent $17 on a pizza that's sitting in my fridge (that I'm sure my fiancee will have at eventualy), but hey - I got what I wanted and even managed to weasel my way into getting it faster.

So, in this act of gaining nurishment, a lesson one must learn is that the silver tongue is needed more for receiving the food rather than digesting it.

Yay for lieing. Even though pepperoni and onion pizza blows major ass, I guess I'll salute you for a job well done.

Sometimes the headache is not just because of hunger and fatigue it could be dehydration. Try a nice glass of juice or something. I always head for the drinks before the food when I have a headache.
